William Lakes Playspace

GDstudia has designed a unique playspace, centered around an existing building, Phelps Cottage. The cottage is to be reinstated into a new custom-built shelter which will be the center point of the recreation precinct in the new William Lakes Residential development. The custom shelter will feature seating and BBQ facilities and will be immersed in an imagination playground with themes of Ruins and Quarries.
A climbing fort over the central access loop will provide an elevated access from the playspace to the informal kick about space, offering children an elevated view of this industrious play space.
