Principal Landscape Architect
Paul has over 16 years experience in the Landscape Architecture Profession and is a Principal Landscape Architect at GDstudia. He is a creative and pragmatic problem-solver who delivers visually exciting and innovative solutions to many successful projects in both metro and rural South Australia, and interstate. Paul is passionate about creating unique/bespoke designs that utilise innovation through the incorporation of technology, and has significant experience in all aspects of design, delivering projects and acumen – completing the profile of an accomplished landscape architect.
Paul has extensive experience with a range of different projects ranging from large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, Urban Design projects, land developments, Streetscape design, WSUD, Commercial & Industrial developments, Education, Childcare Centres, Playspace design, and ELC projects.

Senior Landscape Architect
Laura is a Senior Landscape Architect for GDstudia and has over 15 years experience in the Landscape Architecture profession. Laura is an established designer with applied experience in all scales of Landscape Architecture. Her adaptability and attention to detail has been a benefit to many successful multidisciplinary project teams within South Australia and interstate. Laura is dedicated to environmentally and socially sustainable landscapes and is committed to creating innovative solutions to improve our future environments.
Laura has an intrinsic knowledge of landscape design principles and an ability to implement these through design. Her broad experience across open space and recreation, infrastructure, health, public space, and education projects has enabled her to build a highly flexible design skillset.

Simon Gallucci
Senior Landscape Architect
Simon’s professional career spans 8 years and through this, he has been responsible for all facets of the landscape design process on a diverse range of projects. This has included master planning, concept design, construction documentation, tendering and procurement, project management, and superintendency.
Simon has gained significant professional experience working in both Landscape Architecture to Architecture practices, which has exposed him to a diverse clientele base from Local Government to Residential Developers, to Department for Education, and Catholic Education working on a wide variety of Architectural Practices. This breadth of client types introduced Simon to an extensive typology mix of Landscape Architectural works which included Streetscape Design, commercial and public realm projects, reserves, and small, strategic interventions.

Ben has over 7 years industry experience in the Landscape Architecture profession. With experience from working within small design firms and larger multi-disciplinary offices, Ben has extensive experience on projects of diverse scales and typologies. This includes private & public education, early learning & childcare centre developments and refurbishments, aged care, disability enabling & wellbeing environments and general private & public landscapes, playgrounds and playspaces.
Ben is passionate on fostering relationships and with his Clients and fellow consultants and believes that communication is key to project success. Ben achieves effective collaboration through his strong attention to detail, proficient documentation skills and overall project understanding.

Zhengji Zhang (Jessie)
Landscape Architect
Jessie is an Landscape Architect with over two years working experience in South Australia. Her project experience includes schools, childcare centers, reserves, playgrounds, basins design, commercial and recreational landscape projects, as well as residential developments. Jessie has experience is development of masterplans, concept design and detailed documentation.
Jessie has experience working in China as a Senior Landscape Architect for a several years delivering multi-disciplinary projects across China, in both the public and private sectors. Her previous project experience includes waterfront, urban public space, residential development, urban greenbelt and infrastructure.

Cara Sun
Graduate Landscape Architect
Cara has 3 years of experience in Landscape Architecture and Architectural design here is South Australia and interstate. Her experience includes projects in education, residential, land development and playspace design. In addition to Cara’s local experience here is SA, Cara has experience working on projects in China where she specialised in green infrastructure and amusement park renovations.
Cara has passion for creating captivating spaces that tell cultural, historical, and ecological stories while providing inclusive and livable space for all people.

Cynthia Aybar
Graduate Landscape Architect
Cynthia is a Graduate Architect with a Master in Landscape Architecture. She graduated from the University of Adelaide where her thesis project was part of The 2022 Final Year exhibition night. During her experience as a graduate architect she was involved in the desing process of different type of buildings such as mining camp facilities, residential and commercial. As a graduate of Landscape Architect she finds great interests on developing spaces that considers cultural heritage.
