West Commercial + Oval Precinct

GDstudia & GREENHILL have been engaged by Commercial & General to design and document all of the commercial precinct, oval, streetscape, and residential landscape design at the WEST development.
The commercial precinct design boasts an expansive open space plaza area connecting directly with the library and surrounding commercial buildings. Priority was placed on pedestrian connection between the main commercial precinct, oval and surrounding allotments. A strong landscape vision from the start of the development has uniquely stamped West as a high-end residential development and as the development comes to the final stages, the vision is clearly seen.
