Turon Courtyard – A Student Sanctuary

This colourful courtyard, designed thoughtfully in the heart of St Michael’s College, Adelaide provides a protected breakout from adjacent workspaces and is a place to connect. GDstudia worked closely with the College and Adelaide Innovative Landscaping to re-shape this much-loved plaza to better address evolving school uses and student needs, celebrate the school houses and burn off some excess energy between classes! This effort has come together in a unique Landscape Architectural outcome that will provide new opportunities for learning, playing, celebrating the school values and house team pride.
