The yet-to-be-constructed project was designed in 2022 which provided landscaping and safe play space around the building and rooftop. The design focused on creating numerous play opportunities that allow imaginative play, nature play, and water play facilities. The landscaping and play elements allow for age-appropriate risk to be taken, which promotes their development of gross and fine motor skills and allows the kids to be challenged while having fun. The design plays with level changes providing subtle separation of areas.
