GDstudia led the design and documentation for the landscape design of the Prince George Plaza, along with GREENHILL undertaking the civil engineering component. Situated in front of Elizabeth shopping centre, the plaza has become a hub for community events. The area has bespoke planting beds and furniture pieces, and large feature signage doubles as way-finding and art.

Public lighting was a large component of this design. A mixture of spotlights, catenary and uplights were used across the site. Uplighting was used to highlight design features and catenary lighting to create ambiance.

The services provided included design for roads, traffic management, stormwater drainage and detention storage (underground tanks and above ground basin integrated with the Plaza, sewer, potable water, communications pit and pipe, road transport (new Main North Road junction), Plaza and Landscape, as well as coordination with electrical reticulation and public lighting design.
