This yet to be constructed project was designed and documented in 2021–2022 to provide a new cricket club with compliant cricket practice nets, 3on3 competition basketball courts, a multi-use tennis/netball/futsal court, handball courts, an artistic basketball tree feature, a kids cycling track, amphitheatre seating, and shelters with BBQ facilities. The design introduces a new central plaza space that can be used as an event space for food vans and coffee carts, connected to a new carpark design and stormwater detention system.

The project is still awaiting future funding, but will provide high-quality sports and recreational facilities to the local community which is rapidly growing around it.
